Our Vision and Mission

Our vision is to create and nurture community for ISA members throughout the state of Georgia.


Our mission includes the four areas:


TALENT- Educate, develop, and recognize talent in Automation whether automation technicians, analysts, engineers or managers.


TEAMS- Connect members of common interests whether by industry, applications, or markets.


TECHNOLOGY - Promote an understanding of the technologies within automation that are current practice as well as emerging technologies.


TRUST - Advance trust in Automation through increased attention to specifications, standards, safety, security,  


Targets

Our targets are to have meetings throughout the state that are close to our members.


Future Meetings are targeted for the following locations:

Our leadership team

For now, we are organized as one entity in ISA under the Savannah River Section.

Our goal is to be adaptable to serving our members but to be consistent with our bylaws and the ISA practices.

The following lists the roles and responsibilities of the various positions.

PRESIDENT

Serves as the executive head of the section, preside at meetings and liaison with National office

TREASURER

Serves to authorize financial transactions, maintain financial records, and prepare statements of finances.

SECRETARY

Serves to maintain membership records and notify members of meetings and announcements.

Serves as succession to the president at the end of his term or due to vacancy or inability to serve.
